Yes, you're goin' out the same way you came in,
No matter who you know or where you been;
Makes no difference who you are,
Skid Row Joe or Super Star,
You're goin' out the same way you came in.

We're born into this world without a thing,
We'll leave it just as nak'd as we came;
You may drive a Coupe de Ville,
own a mansion on a hill,
Won't be nothin' when Saint Peter calls your name.

Yes, you're goin' out the same way you came in,
Someone will notify your next of kin;
Some will weep, and some will moan,
some will spit upon your stone,
As you're goin' out the same way you came in.

Oh, they'll lay you out in all your fancy clothes,
They'll figure out just who and what you owe;
Then the lawyers line their nest,
and your kinfolk get the rest,
'Cause you just can't take it with you when you go.

You're goin' out the same way you came in,
No matter who you know or where you been;
Makes no difference who you are,
Skid Row Joe or Super Star,
You're goin' out the same way you came in.

Yes, you're goin' out the same way you came in,
No matter who you know or where you been;
Makes no difference who you are,
Skid Row Joe or Super Star,
You're goin' out the same way you came in.
Makes no difference who you are,
Skid Row Joe or Super Star,
You're goin' out the same way you came in.

From Wikipedia:
Coupe de Ville - model of the Cadillac marque of General Motors from 1949 through 1993. It was a closed, two-door coupé, Cadillac's first pillarless hardtop. Intended as a prestige model, at $3,497 it was one of the most expensive models of the Series 62 line. It was luxuriously trimmed, with leather upholstery and chrome 'bows' in the headliner to simulate the ribs of a convertible top. The first-year Coupe de Ville sold 2,150 units, but 1950 sales were more than double, and 1951 more than doubled those of the previous year. By 1961 it was one of the company's most popular models, with annual sales above 20,000.

From Wiktionary:
Skid Row - especially dilapidated section of a city characterized by run-down or abandoned buildings, alcoholism and homelessness, and vices such as drug dealing and prostitution.
